Ways To Reset Your UPSers Login Password:
In case you forget your password, you can reset it and recover too by following the steps:
1) First click on Forgot my password on upsers.com login page.
2) Now you need to enter your UPSers Employee id Number. Please do not include “@ups.com”.
3) Now after entering Employee id click on submit button.
4) Now you need to Verify your Identity by choosing one of the options below:
- Mobile Phone Number.
- Email Address.
- Answer Challenge Questions.
5) If you are current Workday profile is missing email address and phone number information. This will need to be updated before you can reset your password. To update, follow the steps below:
- For Active Employees: Please contact my HR (firstname.lastname@example.org) to update the information. Once updated, try self-service to reset your password.
If you are unable to self-service, submit the Technical Help form for login assistance.
- For Retirees: Please email email@example.com to update your information. After you receive confirmation that your information has been updated, submit the Technical Help form for login assistance.
